Committed to financial rigor, transparency, and sustainable development, the company operates complex projects in multicultural and multi-country contexts.

To support its growing operations in Sub-Saharan Africa, our client is strengthening its finance function and is currently looking for an experienced Administrative and Financial Manager with strong regional exposure to oversee financial, administrative, and compliance activities.

Your main missions

As an Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing direct activities in financial contracts, accounting, human resources and personnel administration, supplies and warehouse, information technology, documentation, property, and facilities (security, reception, transport, food, accommodation, external services).
  • Managing results through performance indicators, reporting needs, risks, points for improvement, and contingency plans in situations of crisis or instability.
  • Managing financial and budgetary resources, technological resources, systems, processes, organization, and methods, and arbitrating on administrative and organizational decisions with BackOffice support.
  • Identifying risks and anticipating contingencies, defining strategies, and proposing programs to mitigate them.
  • Establishing general and specific goals for support areas (facilities) with other managers, identifying necessary resources, and forming partnerships.
  • Supporting or managing QHSE actions by monitoring health, environment, and safety programs.
  • Diagnosing methods and processes that contribute to the execution of routines for simplification and rationalization of services.
  • Implementing controls and audits foreseen in the standards and procedures of the integrated management system and compliance.

The profile we are looking for

Education & Experience

  • Formal education in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting Sciences.
  • Education Level: Undergraduate Education - Complete.
  • Minimum experience required: 10 years.

Required Technical Skills

  • Financial management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Management of facilities and mobilization/demobilization of international projects (desirable in Africa).
  • Negotiating and closing outsourcing contracts for large volumes of facilities services.
  • Knowledge of fiscal and management accounting for profit and loss reporting.
  • Fluency in French and English
