SITE ADMINISTRATOR H/F
Position Objective
The role of Site Administrator will be based in Guinea and operating from the Wendou M’Bour base camp
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the construction and operations team, managing the onsite document control system, administration of the Camp services and medical services contract and managing all travel and accommodation for the client and its support staff.
Key Responsibility Areas
- The Site Administrator will:

Establish and maintain efficient filing and archiving system;

Order and maintain stationary supplies and other miscellaneous office items required on site;

Assist with meeting minute taking as requested;
-
Attend to general incoming queries and directing them to relevant team members where
necessary;

Monitor daily site activities and prepare daily diary
-
Monitor time and attendance for persons on site
-
Assist with development of medical database
-
Manage travel booking and rostering to optimise flights and away time
-
Administer IT services on site and provide local IT support
-
Administer camp services and medical serv ices contracts including recommendation for
payment of monthly progress claims
-
Prepare reports and presentations as directed;
-
Maintain and update site databases;
-
Maintain document management system including version and revision control, maintain
electronic copies;

Scanning, copying, saving and filing of documents;
-
Train employees in correct way to create, maintain or complete company documents;
-
Distribute and store correspondence.
Profile
4 ATTRIBUTES/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE 4.1 ATTRIBUTES

Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional relationships with relevant
stakeholders including clients, contractors and visitors;

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to
management, co-workers, vendors, contractors and visitors;

High energy and a willingness to learn;

Good time management and organisational skills.
4.2 KNOWLEDGE

Experience with office management software like MS Office;

Basic analytical skills;

Proficient typing skills;

Data organisation and storage knowledge.
4.3 EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in Site Administration role, preferably within the construction or resources industry;

Previous site-based experience highly desirable
