Required Skills (must have)

- The incumbent required Skills are as followed:

  • Project Management Skills: excellent mastery of the project management cycle
  • Quality Management: mastery of the quality process in Telecom required
  • Audit Skills will be and advantage
  • Previous experience in Telecom/ Energy providing area will be an advantage (operators, providers…)
  • Proven ability to manage all phases and aspects of construction/contract management
  • Prepare/review/approve site visit and quality check reports

- BSc. in Civil/Electrical/Telecom Engineering

- Other skills

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Autonomy
  • Good follow up on documentation
  • Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel

Summary of competencies

  • Previous professional experience:
  • 6 to 9 years working on telecom projects.
  • Knowledge of Electrical / Telecom field is preferable.
  • CW experience is a plus.
  • Speaks French and English.
  • International Experience, candidate with working experience in Africa preferred
