Required Skills (must have)
- The incumbent required Skills are as followed:
- Project Management Skills: excellent mastery of the project management cycle
- Quality Management: mastery of the quality process in Telecom required
- Audit Skills will be and advantage
- Previous experience in Telecom/ Energy providing area will be an advantage (operators, providers…)
- Proven ability to manage all phases and aspects of construction/contract management
- Prepare/review/approve site visit and quality check reports
- BSc. in Civil/Electrical/Telecom Engineering
- Other skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Autonomy
- Good follow up on documentation
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel
Summary of competencies
- Previous professional experience:
- 6 to 9 years working on telecom projects.
- Knowledge of Electrical / Telecom field is preferable.
- CW experience is a plus.
- Speaks French and English.
- International Experience, candidate with working experience in Africa preferred
